IRCTC Website - Epic Fail (Open Feedback to Railway Authorities)


Dear Authority,

A guy with 7.2 MBPS Broadband Internet is unable to book his ticket from 08:00 Hrs to 09:00 Hrs on www.irctc.co.in & payment has been deducted from his bank account 2 times, without even a single ticket booked. How can a Common Man swallow a cash debit like this?





I understand that you are gona refund it in a week, what if that's the only money he's left with in his account?
What do you want him to do? Travel ticketless in the train? Hitch Hike on the road? Or just wait for his refund to book his ticket again?


What is it with the payment process of American Express Cards, I bet no one has booked a single ticket with their AMEX card in past 1 year. If you have stopped supporting AMEX card,you should stop endorsing it.

Im sorry but you have defaced the whole concept of Online Ticket Booking.

So, I request you to invest some time & money on Software Development of Our Website www.irctc.co.in.
